Mountain Peaks, Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego

Photo taken at a distance of mountain peaks surrounding the city of Ushuaia, capital of the island of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. Ushuaia is located on the Beagle Channel, used by HMS Beagle with naturalist Charles Darwin in 1833. Using the channel, Beagle passed easily into the Pacific Ocean avoiding the difficult passage around Cape Horn.
